[Even though the video first opens up with what is obviously a young woman, probably in her late teens or early twenties, the voice that comes through is obviously a man of distinguished speaking skill. Well, at least it doesn't seem to be coming from the young woman, as her mouth isn't moving]

[The young woman sighs, and when she speaks, yeah, it's obviously not the male voice that spoke moments earlier]

Broadcasting to who? I'm probably just going to get some NPC...

Oh, I assume so - I'm in some sort of castle-like structure, with a whole lot of rather grim looking statues. Some angels are currently busy chasing me through the area on the other side.

Pretty sure it's the latter. I had to use it a few times, and the winged freaks look pretty confused when I did it.

Too bad they don't get set back by your little ability. Having to brush my tails again after just finishing them - several times - was somewhat of a nuisance.
