So. Since the student council is now...well, significantly depopulated and demoralized. I have decided to remind you all that there is a bill you can pass to get on it.

I would appreciate not having to handle the entire workload.

Besides, aren't you supposed to propose bills as a main character, not pass them?

That's not really how it works traditionally though. The main character must be outside of the real circles of power, or else why would they be the main character if they could obliterate their enemies with the stroke of a pen?
