[Two Kunoichi are out late tonight, getting in some late night training. And by training, I mean the normal assortment of wall running, jumping and occasional smoke bomb aided vanishing act that is the bread and butter of every ninja's work. One of them, leading the pack, is familiar to anyone who might be watching, Kyoko Needleworker, the 'delinquent'. The follower would be less so. After all, when did Kyoko pick up such an inept apprentice, who can't even run up a three foot wall, can't walk along the top of it without falling off, and definatly can't cut it as a ninja. Making it all the more mystifying is the fact that the second Kunoichi has the shade of hair normally associated with the highest rank of generics, who would normally never be seen in such a state of ineptitude. Such as tripping and falling on her own smoke bombs to create a cloud of choking vapor.

And she's such a flighty thing-if she notices anyone coming her way she'll put all her limited skill to the test to get out of sight. So maybe you shouldn't approach her directly if you want to observe.]

[Kyoko thought for a moment, trying to think of a name for Rozalin. She looks over Rozalin, and soon her eyes rest on her chest.]

Hmmm... Dango-san? How about that?

That's a terrible nick-name!

[She's not even that big for a Kunoichi. They're all large chested!]

Yeah. Sorry, that just popped into my head.

How about Rozy, or Rosie?

Even worse. Are you not even trying to be subtle and cunning here?

I'm sorry. I haven't lied or made up a fake name for someone for a long time. It was too honor studenty.

...How about Yuki? Is that truthful enough to satisfy your need to not lie?

I am sorry that my delinquent ways was hurting our ninja training. Coming up with a fake name and a lie is key to being a Ninja, but I can't do that easily anymore.

...I appologize, then, if I am asking you to do something that makes you uncomfortable. But I truly want to learn how to do this.

You don't need to apologize. I said I could do this, and I will... I just don't think I will be much help with some of the more... honor student like tasks a ninja does.

We shall Yuki. Do you want to continue working on wall running, or do you want to move to something else, like tree jumping?

Wall running, if you please, Sempai. I do not think that we should jump before we can run.

Ok. Now remember Yuki, you need a good running start, and you must not lean to far away from the wall. If you do, even if you focus your energy on your feet to give you some traction, gravity will still pull you down.

...Focusing energy in my feet? Um, well, okay, I'll try again, but I am still afraid I might twist an ankle.

Ever since this one ninja anime involving a kid in an orange jump suit came out, We ninja's have been using some of the techniques from that. I guess it was easier for the programmers.

We will take it slow on a short wall if you like. And if you get hurt, I will fix you right up!

Right. That or they're just lazy and don't want to come up with their own ideas.

I noticed even some non-ninjas got attacks from that anime. Miss Pram has an ice ninja's ability.

[Kyoko leads ROzalin to a close by short wall. It was about 10 feet high and 20 feet long.]

Ok, give it a go.

[Rozalin crouches into a starting position, tan takes off at a sprint-but her first attempt to step up onto the wall instead pushes her off it and she falls on her face-again.]

[Kyoko quickly runs over, and goes to help her up.]

Are you ok?! Do you need a ice pack?

I...I didn't fall that far.

[Despite her bravado, Rozalin has a huge bruise on the right side of her face-and her nose is bleeding.]

[Kyoko digs into her hip bage and pulls out some bandaids.]

Just stay still Roz, I mean Yuki. I cannot let you go on looking like that.

...I shudder to think what I will look like after we are done at this rate.

I will pay for our trip to the nurses office, so we will be in perfect shape after this. Still, bandaging ourselves up now doesn't hurt, and it is also a ninja skill!
