Boom goes the Dragon breath.

[ It's just another peaceful Chaos filled day at the academy. But today's chaos is brought to you by a two headed dragon following Ruffnut around and whenever she gives the command one head spews out toxic green gas then the other head sparks it causing a sizable explosion. Rattling windows and booming through the walls]

"Alright we've almost got it. Let's try again!"

[She doesn't seem to have much in the way of caring about innocent bystanders either so watch out]

[pointing to the other head where Mindy would be sitting.]

Gotta ride separate heads till we can rig up a different kind of saddle. Hiccup designed this one so that Tuff and I would each drive a head together.

[grins because her brother would freak if he knew someone else was in his seat]

It's real easy, just follow my lead.

Good. Though I pretty much figured that you would have learned by now, I sorta wish I had gotten to know those two better.

[Though she playfully bumped her hip against Ruffnut as if to say Not that I NEED another Viking besides you. It was a shame that the two of them wouldn't be able to ride in the same spot, but the main point was, of course SHE WAS RIDING A FUCKING DRAGON!]

Got you. Who takes the fire breathing head and who takes the other one that makes the gas?

I've got Belch. They do the gas. That's Barf, they make sparks.

[Grins at her getting more excited that she was excited. Once Mindy's on the saddle the dragon takes a running leap and the wings flap bringing the impossibly heady looking creature off the ground]

WOOOOOOOO! Hold on tight!

Alright then. Let's do this. "Barf."

[Really, Barf?

She did hang on, just a little slightly nervous. She had driven a lot, but she had never flown].

O-ok man!

[Stomach flipping as the altitude shifts and the world drops under them. It's like riding ontop of a bus picking up speed as the wind pulls at her and gravity attempts to pull them back down to the ground. But the dragon's powerful wings moves them higher into the sky. The head bobs and squirms around under Mindy like the snake it appears to be but the saddle makes it easier to stay seated.

Ruff is completely at ease here, only using one hand to hold on while the other pumps a fist in the air triumphantly. She's not as good as Hiccup, but Hiccup's not here so she knows she looks awesome]

[Ok, so this was going to take some getting used to. For one thing, having the sky meet her and then plummeting down was not something she was used to not controlling. Jumping rooftops was one thing, but this was something completely different. Once that feeling leaves though, the fear starts to only vaguely linger. Mindy can see clouds rolling by, and now actual towns looking like little more than mice scurrying. She took a breath, her eyes eager to catch everything.

She looked over at Ruffnut, grinning, and stared at the girl a moment. Ruffnut looked amazing right now: completely in her element, eager to jump into more danger. She was filled with an awe for her right now.]

[Risking her life doing something extremely dangerous just for a rush? Yeah that's Ruffnut's element alright.]

OK now I do this...

[Tugs on her Dragon head and it spews out green toxic gas clouds that leave a stream in the air behind them.]

Now before they stop making gas. Tug on your head to make the sparks!

[And that was just one of the things that Mindy loved about her-not to mention she had a bit of a history of causing mayhem just for fun herself].

Got it! [She tugged on the dragon's head, making sure it was just enough to get the sparks and the gas to meet].

[The explosion sends a shockwave through the air and the heat of it catches under the dragons wings lifting them even higher into the sky while Ruffnut cheers both fists in the air]

YEAH! Thor almighty I'll never get tired of that!

[Whoa, that was...pretty damn amazing. Honestly, it made her remember how she felt the first time she was able to leap rooftops. This hardly compared though: now they were flying, and could technically fly whenever they wanted. What was more, it was with Ruffnut, the only person she knew that got her, and vice versa. The heat, the danger, wind all over them: she couldn't have felt better.]

Who the fuck would want to? Hey, shit, wait. Where are you gonna keep these guys?

Ruffnut hadn't actually thought about that. She paused and leaned back in her saddle with a look of concentration on her face. The look she often wore when she was grappling with a problem beyond her modest intelligence.

"I wanna say just let them live wherever they want but that wouldn't work." she muttered out loud trying to talk herself through it.

Mindy shrugged. "I mean, I guess I could go and ask Kaguya if she has a place for a dragon. Of course, we also gotta make sure they don't get into trouble. We don't wanna have to fight off demons trying to attack your dragon for eating its livestock or something."

Hmm. A pet/hulking dragon was a serious responsibility, after all.
