You've got it backwards-magic isn't separate from the explanation, magic is the explanation, the origin of the universe and the reason why anything exists at all. It is the explanation, the theory of everything that makes my power possible.

And if you're one of those creatures exploiting the rules, I hope you don't get burned by some judgement from on high. Though it might be entertaining to see you called to account on a cosmic scale.
